Okay, so I think I have decided that I am going to post what I eat at the end of each day. (I know most of you do) I think that knowing I have to post it at the end of the day will motivate me to do well. Even when I don’t do well I’ll see other posts from the rest of you that will hopefully encourage me to do better. Either way, I really want this to work and I don’t want it to backfire like everything else that seems to.
